Who can be a Buyer's Agent?
A Buyer's Agent is a licensed real estate agent who has an agreement with a Buyer, whereby the Buyer's Agent pledges that he will represent the Buyer's, and only the Buyer's, best interests in a real estate transaction. The Buyer's Agent cannot represent a Seller or be a sub-agent of a Listing Agent who represents a Seller.
